

Mental stress and strain in daily life increase. Disease and early retirement due to mental disorders increased steadily in recent years. If the forces are no longer sufficient to meet the requirements in work and private life and their own claims to be just, and more often is the consequence of burnout: a state of complete mental, emotional and physical exhaustion. The "battery" is not only empty, it is defective and can not be recharged. The incidence of burnout syndrome in Germany is estimated at 11-14% (Burisch, 2010).
