Employee Assisstance Program stands for employee coaching. We offer this program to companies, to assist their employees with various personal problems. This counseling is anonymous and confidential; expenses will be paid by the company.

What does this program offer you?
Through prevent.on Excutive Coaching you will use our network and infrastructure. Companies of any size will get professional coaching for their employees fast and unbureaucratically, in cases of

  • any kinds of problems around their job [conflicts with collaborators, colleagues or supervisors],
  • private problems with family, partnership or children,
  • personal problems, emotional crises or difficulties.

EC is not a therapy, but a solution-oriented short-term coaching where solutions are worked out directly or further steps are planned. We help your stressed-out employees to clear their minds.

How does EC-prevent.on work?
If you use this service, your employees will get an appointment for a personal meeting within a very short time [usually within 3 workdays]. EC-prevent.on contracts can be made for specific groups [such as executives] or as master agreements for all employees. Depending on the kind of contract, an employee will be entitled to up to 8 hours of anonymous counseling per year.

How does an Employer Benefit from an EC-prevent.on master agreement?
Numerous studies show that external counseling for employees is an investment worth making. Economically, companies benefit because their employees are able to achieve more and there is less absenteeism.
